The provider is chosen jointly
The buyer and seller agree on an independent provider and review its fees, verification process, inspection period and release conditions.
INTERNATIONAL ESCROW
For a firat.co transaction, payment can be held by an independent provider while the transfer is completed and the buyer confirms control of the domain.
Escrow separates payment from the transfer: an independent provider holds the buyer’s funds under its own terms while firat.co moves from the seller to the buyer.
The buyer and seller agree on an independent provider and review its fees, verification process, inspection period and release conditions.
The price, scope, timing and registrar route are recorded before the buyer places funds with the provider.
The seller transfers firat.co through the agreed registrar process; the buyer then confirms that the domain is in the intended account and can be managed.
Once the agreed completion evidence is available, the provider handles release under its own terms. Escrow is optional and does not replace independent due diligence.
A written agreement gives both parties the same understanding of price, transfer and completion.
The agreed amount, currency, taxes and payment-related charges are identified.
The transaction covers firat.co; website files or other assets are included only when they are listed in writing.
The registrar route, expected timing and buyer’s inspection period are set out in the transaction terms.
The terms explain how the buyer confirms receipt and control of firat.co.
The buyer and seller select the provider together and review its terms directly. firat.co is offered independently; this website does not act as an escrow provider.
The price and proposed transfer terms are available from info@firat.co.
